Vincent Fu

Founder & Senior Physiotherapist

Vincent began his career in health and fitness as a personal trainer. His unique blend of physiotherapy and personal training expertise allows him to combine scientific knowledge with practical rehab strategies. Vincent's approach focuses on understanding each client’s situation as a whole and addressing the root cause of the problem to achieve the best results. Throughout his career, he’s worked with top athletes such as former UFC Champion Alex Pereira and First Grade NRL player Krystian Mapalangi, helping them reach peak performance and recover stronger than before.
